Saint Joseph's Hospital North Wing
Carl Bolander and Sons was contracted to demolish Saint Joseph's
Hospital North Wing in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota. Built in 1922,
the 5 floor North Wing included a large chapel, 110 patient rooms and
solarium space. Originally built for $460,000, the wing is being removed
to make way for a new $13 million, 23,000 square foot Emergency
Department expansion and parking facility.
