The Liebherr family business was established in 1949.  The success of it's
first mobile, easy-to-assemble tower crane was the foundation on which
the company grew. Today Liebherr is one of the world’s leading
manufacturers of construction and mining machinery. Over the years
Liebherr has grown into a group of more than 100 companies on almost
every continent.

In the equipment sector Liebherr manufactures an extensive product
programme that comprises cranes of all types along with earth moving,
surface mining and cargo handling equipment.
