 Terex


 

The story of Terex is a long and tangled one.  Although the original
company, Northwest Engineering, was founded in 1925, the Terex of
today evolved from numerous acquisitions of equipment companies in
the 1980s and 1990s.  These acquisitions help tripple the size of Terex
and allowed the assembly of an extensive product line covering
everything from light towers to heavy lift cranes.
