 Highway 14: Phase Two




Phase 2 of the Highway 14 corridor upgrade is being constructed south
of Waseca, Minnesota.  C.S. McCrossan is building the Waseca bypass
with help from Rud Construction.  The project includes grading, paving
10 miles of 4 lane freeway, the building of 10 bridges and constructing 3
new interchanges at a cost of  $56.2 million.  The 3 phase project is
scheduled to be completed in 2012.
