Manitowoc Harbor
Roen Salvage Company, established in 1949 and based in Sturgeon Bay,
Wisconsin, was contracted to complete maintenance dredging in
Manitowoc Harbor on the shore of Lake Michigan. The project consists of
dredging 24,000 cubic yards of material along a path 3000 feet long to
bring the harbor to a functional depth. This process is completed every 2
to 3 years.Equipment
