 Eagan Bulk Mail Center




PCL is constructing an expansion of the United States Postal Service's
bulk mail center in Eagan, Minnesota to accommodate a new processing
and distribution facility.  Carl Bolander and Sons was tasked with the site
preparation and excavation.  Competition is scheduled for late 2010.
