Carl Bolander and Sons used Caterpillar excavators to demolish an aging
Holiday Inn located in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Established in
1924, Carl Bolander and Sons completed their first demolition project in
the late 1940’s. 

 Equipment


 Caterpillar: 245D with concrete pulverizer, 350l, 246B with industrial
   grapple bucket.
 Dust Control Technology: DB60 Dust Boss.
