 TCF Bank Stadium




Mortenson Construction began building the new TCF Bank Stadium on
the campus of the University of Minnesota in July 2007.  The new home
for the Golden Gophers will be an open-air horseshoe design able to hold
50,000 fans with the flexibility to expand to 80,000 seats in the future.
The cost of the stadium is $288.5 million with the first kickoff scheduled
for September 2009.
