United Health: Phase 2




McGough Construction, based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, was selected to
design and build Phase 2 of the United Health Group's headquarters. The
11 story, 350,000 square foot office will be a fraternal twin of Phase 1.
There will also be a parking garage with 1,553 spaces, and unique to
Phase 2, a portion of this ramp will be constructed under the new
building, rather than completely above ground.  An enclosed walkway will
connect the two office buildings.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2012.
